has anyone noticed that the hat in the catalogue is turned up on the sides and looks so much cuter than the one i received that is just flat all the way around..Are they all like this? Or did I receive a faulty one

I think the brim just settles after time. Mine isn't completely flat, but it isn't like the pictures either. Curl yours up the way you want it, and then put a rubberband around it for a few days. It should stay for a while that way.

Lea, mine was perfect, first time out. I preordered from Ingrid, so I think it was here the day after Labor Day. The riding habits (both) & Elizabeth's nightgown were the ONLY things I didn't exchange. Noah's Ark was missing a piggie, so the 2nd one was complete. Everything else went back twice. I still haven't reordered.

My Mattel Felicity is pictured in E's habit in the link on my Felicity post. It's really, really pretty.
